I was born and raised in Roanoke, AL. My husband, Mitchell, and I have four girls.. When I am not at school, I enjoy attending church, reading, and hanging out with my family. . 

This is my 31st year teaching. I have taught third grade, kindergarten and now Pre-k  at W.O. Lance and I absolutely love it. My students inspire me to be better every day as I prepare them for kindergarten and to tackle any obstacle that may come their way. 

Education:

• I graduated from Handley High School.
• I received my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Auburn University.
• I received my master's degree in Early Childhood  Education from Jacksonville State University.
